Functions At Oxley Golf Club

Set amongst 160 acres of manicured fairways, Oxley Golf Club provides the perfect backdrop for your next function, event, training day, seminar or celebration.  From small meetings to to large celebrations, we offer a range of venue spaces and catering packages to suit any event! 

For ALL function bookings, we require at minimum, a deposit payment (i.e. the venue or catering fee)

Please be aware we have a STRICT NO outside food & beverage policy – Cakes are the only exception (T&C’s apply)

Event Spaces:

  • Current Oxley Golf Club Members can enjoy free venue hire
  • Decorations are welcome but must be easy to remove – no confetti or party poppers permitted
  • Security is required (at an additional charge) for 18th /21st birthday parties and similar events.

Catering Options:

  • We have a STRICT NO outside food & beverage policy – celebratory cake is the ONLY exception.
  • Our Bistro and Functions Menu are available Wednesday to Sunday
  • If bringing a cake, you must provide your own plastic knife/plates/napkins and manage its storage. We can’t cut or store it for you.
  • For Functions over 15 people, we strongly encourage pre-ordered catering from our “Functions Menu” – this helps meals to be delivered in a timely manner and maintain freshness!
  • $330 minimum F&B spend (paid upfront) can either be used as a Tab for food/drink or used as credit towards pre-ordered Platters.

Our exciting 18-hole mini golf course is great for team-building and parties:
  • Duration: ~1 hour 15 minutes
  • 1 x 18-hole round @ $20 per Adult, $14 per child, $16 per senior/concession
  • Recommended group size: 4 players per group
  • Capacity: Up to 20 players every 20 minutes (staggered tee-off)
