Set amongst 160 acres of manicured fairways, Oxley Golf Club provides the perfect backdrop for your next function, event, training day, seminar or celebration.  From small meetings to to large celebrations, we offer a range of venue spaces and catering packages to suit any event!

OUR SPACES

Our versatile under-cover venue options are perfect for all-weather events. All spaces are protected from the elements and ideal for seminars, parties, and functions.

Please note, catering and mini golf tickets aren’t included in our venue hire prices and are available at additional costs.

Note: The kids party package includes the cost to hire the venue space for the Pavilion or Mini Golf Shelter

The Golfers Lounge

Has a maximum capacity of 150 guests. (depending on room configuration) with bi-fold doors extending to the deck overlooking the OGC Golf course

The room can be set to cater for sit down meals, buffets, meetings, awards nights, training days or seminars & cocktail parties.

The Corporate Room

This space is a partitioned are of the Golfers Lounge.

It can be set up to any configuration or design as required for

your seminar, training session or celebration.

Catering up to 50 people and the room features white boards, TV, HDMI connection and lectern and bar access if required.

The Pavilion

The ‘Margaret Donovan Pavilion’ boasts a generous paved area under large weatherproof white sails. Located next to TopStroke Mini Golf, this area is perfect for any celebration.

The Mini Golf Shelter

For smaller events (up to 20 people) this is the perfect area for your next birthday or celebration!

Play a round of 18 hole Mini Golf and relax under the outdoor string lights with food and beverages. There is also a 9 hole putting area located in front of this area for extra putting practice.

Kids Party Package at $35 per child

Exclusive use of either the Pavilion or Mini Golf Shelter (subject to demand and booking size)

  • One round of 18-hole mini golf
  • Each child receives their choice of a; hotdog, dagwood dog, chicken nuggets, or vegetarian option
  • Each child receives their choice of a; Slushie or water
  • Each child receives their choice of an ice cream
  • Additional drinks/platters can be added for adults

*minimum booking of 12, maximum of 20 children. Not available in conjunction with other event types.

The Boardroom

Our boardroom can seat 12 people comfortably, and is the perfect space for smaller meetings, interviews or group sessions.

Important Notes

🚫 No outside food or beverages allowed (except cake).

🎂 If bringing a cake, you must provide your own plastic knife and manage its storage.

🎉 Decorations are welcome but must be easy to remove – no confetti or party poppers permitted.

🔒 Security is required (at an additional charge) for 18th and 21st birthday parties or similar events.

Add a Mini Golf Experience

Our exciting 18-hole mini golf course is great for team-building and parties:

  • Duration: ~1 hour 15 minutes
  • 1 x 18-hole round @ $20 per Adult or $14 per child
  • Recommended group size: 4 players per group
  • Capacity: Up to 20 players every 20 minutes (staggered tee-off)
