When are you open?

We are open 7 days.
Our Bistro Kitchen is open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am until 2pm.

We have a 200m “practice range” which is ideal if you are a member wishing to practice irons/pitching or are partaking in a golf clinic run by our ProShop.

To use the range, you MUST visit the ProShop BEFORE you can use the facility.

Members are welcome to use their own balls or visitors may purchase balls as follows;

35 balls for $10 visitors | $7 members
75 balls for $16 visitors | $12 members

NO balls sold Thursdays before 9:30am. NO balls sold any day after 12:30pm. Range closed the first 8 Sundays every school term for kids clinics.

To make sure your purchases at the Golf Shop, Bar/Bistro, and TopStroke are charged to the right account, please remember to use your membership card when paying.  It’s the easiest way to avoid any mix-ups with account numbers or incorrect charges.

You can collect your membership card from the office anytime or present the digital copy available on the OGC app under “Member Information”

The Clubhouse Tab applicable to all Oxley Golf Club Members can be utilised at our Bistro or TopStroke Kiosk throughout the year across all Food and Beverage.

Simply present your membership card to be scanned and notify staff, you wish to pay via your tab.

Yes, visitors may book Social Play via the “Book a Tee Time” button or HERE

Social Players are welcome to book:

Monday – from 12pm
Tuesday – all day
Wednesday – availability varies
Thursday – all day
Friday – all day (plus limited competition slots)
Saturday – only 9-holes from 3:30pm
Sunday – all day (plus limited competition slots available)

All members and visitors must check in with the Pro Shop 15 minutes prior to commencing their round.

This is not just a matter of procedure — it is essential for safety, insurance, and course management. 

Playing without checking in creates unnecessary risks and may leave both the club and individual players exposed in the event of an incident, not to mention the fact that the course staff will not expect you to be on course.

When you make your booking online, select if you would like to hire a buggy or cart.  Hire fees apply.
