TopStroke by The Oxley Golf Club is actively seeking to support our local community through our monthly night markets!
Join us for an evening of mini golf, FREE interactive activities/educational shows, local stalls and delicious food vendors in a cosy, community-first atmosphere.
This year, we are alternating between 3 themes for our free interactive activities: Curious Circus, Pet Playland, and Cosmic Creations.
From animal encounters to crazy science workshops, there’s always something exciting to look forward to!
While we are a small market, we’re working to grow the event month over month. With your participation (and help in spreading the word), we know we can build even more buzz and attract a bigger crowd.
That said, many vendors have told us they prefer this kind of event because of the real connection they build with their loyal community and the opportunity for new business.
We’re committed to promoting local businesses and fostering a strong community as a key part of what makes the Oxley Golf Club special.
This is a 100% FREE EVENT – WE DON’T CHARGE ENTRY, STALL FEES, OR TAKINGS 🙂

Why We DON'T Charge Table Fees:
We’re a small market hoping to increase traction every month while finding new ways to give back to our community through the markets!
We don’t charge any table fees or takings because we want to give our small & local businesses the opportunity to grow 🙂
Where to get a PLI:
If you are selling physical goods or food, you will need to supply a PLI. If you are a booth to promote your business/charity, you do not need one.
Providing your Public Liability Insurance is a common requirement for market stalls across Brisbane as it helps businesses take care of the associated costs if customers, suppliers, or members of the public are injured or sustain property damage as a result of that business’ activities.
You may choose to purchase one for the singular period of the market or, purchase for a longer duration if you intend on vending more often.

What to bring:
Stalls & Vendors: Bump-in from 3pm with your:
- Marquee and weights/sand bags (set up is on bitumen)
- Adequate lighting as needed for your displays
- Tables & display props
- No power is available so please bring your own generator if required
- If you are under the age of 18, you MUST have an adult guardian with you
- All stall holders MUST provide your Public Liability Insurance
- Food Vendors MUST provide your in-date Food Licence and fire extinguisher
