Function FAQ

Organising functions can easily become overwhelming! That’s why we are striving to provide a streamlined, stress free process.

Please review the following frequently asked questions for more information about our venue spaces, catering packages and beverage options.

When are you open?

We are open 7 days.
Our Bistro Kitchen is open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am until 2pm.

Typically, our clubhouse venue spaces are hired between 8am and 5pm, however we can accommodate most times.

Please be aware we have a STRICT no outside food & beverage policy – Cakes are the only exception (T&C’s apply)

If bringing a cake, you must provide your own plastic knife, plates, napkins, and manage its storage.

Step 4: When your request is processed, you will receive an invoice for your function via email.

Step 5: Follow the directional signage to your event space on the day of your event!

At this point in time, we can only offer Wi-Fi access to ONE computer for meetings/seminars.

Please encourage guests to hot-spot their devices or pre-download materials to be used offline.

Our venue spaces are available for hire at a flat rate. Pricing is listed HERE

We do not offer half day rates or casual table bookings/reservations.

Venue Spaces like our Golfers Lounge and Corporate Room have limited availability on weekends with additional charges for events running after 10pm.

It is highly preferred we receive full payment for your event. However, in the event you are waiting to confirm catering numbers, we will offer a “deposit” payment for the venue hire – allowing us to make preparations for your booking.

Please leave a note for the following options should it suit;

  1.  I would like to pay Venue Hire and Catering up front. I/Guests will pay for mini golf tickets on the day.
  2. I would like to pay Venue Hire upfront and will create a food/beverage tab to be invoiced to me afterwards.

We highly recommend you make a booking with us at least 5 business days before your event.

If you are only looking to book for mini golf, you can book up to 20 guests HERE.

Please note: we do not take bookings over the phone.

For group mini golf bookings over 20 people, please submit a booking request form HERE

If you are only booking for a large group to play mini golf and do not require a reserved venue hire, please ensure you specify this when you make your booking. Please know, for large group bookings for mini golf, we may request a deposit payment. 

Yes, we can cater to dietary requirements.

When filling out the Booking Request Form, please list those with dietary requirements and what they are as follows and our chef will provide separate catering options for them.

E.g. John Smith – Gluten Free

We do not offer beverage packages however, we do recommend a beverage tab of $250 minimum instead.

We can also include tea/coffee purchases in your beverage tab. (Alternatively, we can include a tea and coffee station at $2.50 per head for your event)

Beverage tabs are easily manageable on the day. Simply check in with our bar staff to extend or close the tab.

You are more than welcome to visit and explore our venue during open hours however, we currently do not offer guided tours.

If you have booked a function with catering and wish to cancel due to weather, please be at ease as all of our venue spaces are under cover.

We encourage you to not cancel if it is within the fortnight of your event as catering preparations have been started. 

If rescheduling your event isn’t an option, we can offer a cancellation refund if on reasonable grounds. 

Deposits (ie: venue hire fee) will not be refunded if cancellation occurs within 14 days of your event booking. 

We only require a minimum spend for the balcony or mini golf shelter hire. This amount is paid as a venue hire fee and is fully credited toward your food and beverage purchases. In effect, you would only pay $330, plus any additional food and beverage purchases and/or mini golf.

Deposits (ie: venue hire fee) will not be refunded if cancellation occurs within 14 days of your event booking. 

Yes there would be enough seats for 100 people. The seating varies from lounges to tables or stools. You should be able to get a better idea of the space when watching the functions video HERE

Yes, you may. The only courtesy would be to avoid taking pictures of other guests/children not involved in your party.

We don’t supply AV equipment directly; however, you’re welcome to arrange external hire if needed. Please note that as the Pavilion is a public space, external music cannot be played there. Background music is provided from the Kiosk, and we’re happy to accommodate requests for a specific genre where possible.

Can we bring our own AV to connect to your power?
There are 2 or 3 power points on the supporting posts you can connect to. However please note the Pavilion is a public space and you may be asked to turn the volume of your microphone down if it is deemed too loud.

To protect our surfaces, we don’t allow items to be attached to walls or windows. However, you’re welcome to bring a photo wall or backdrop frame and display your decorations on that instead.

We typically allow an hour but please let us know your requirements so we can know for events that may wish to use the space before or after your event.

To ensure smooth catering, staffing, and overall coordination, we require confirmed event times as early as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate minor adjustments, final timings should be set in advance.

In most cases, the Kiosk located at the mini golf area will be open for guests to purchase extra food although we will assist in ensuring your event orders suitable catering for the size and nature of your group.

Food and Beverage Attendants will be positioned at the nearest bar or assigned to catering service. They can assist with general enquiries and all food and beverage-related needs. For further assistance, please visit the main office. Please note that staff are not available to assist with the setup or pack-down of decorations.

We cater to the specific number of meals you have requested. If you would like to allow second helpings, please let us know how many additional meals you would like to provide.

Please also note, from the Function Catering Menu, the Pavilion can only supply Platters or the Casual Burger Buffet Lunch.
