How to Book Teetimes Online - A Step by Step guide

Step One:
Click on 'Member Login' via the homepage of our website available at:

Use the following details to Login:
Member # - 5 digit number (last five digits of your golflink number)
Member Pin - 4 digit number (two digits of your birth month + last two digits of your birth year. e.g. "0786" for July 1986)
Click 'Submit'

Step Two:
Click on 'Tee Time Search' link on the top lefthand side of the page
Click 'Competitions' link below the calender in the middle of the page. Disregard the calender selection completely

Step Three:
Select the competition of choice by clicking on 'Book Now' link on the righthand side of the page that corresponds to the competition you wish to book into.
Select chosen Tee Time by clicking on 'Book Now' link on the righthand side of the page that also corresponds to you Tee Time preference

Step Four:
To book Members into a timeslot - Enter your membership # into the field 'Member Field'. Please DO NOT enter any other details other than your membership # in the corresponding 'Player 1, 2, 3 or 4' fields.
To book a Visitor into a timeslot - Enter the required fields of 'First Name', 'Last Name' and 'Contact Details'. At this stage if you have the Visitors Golflink number on hand please enter it here.
Click 'Submit'

Step Five:
The system will then ask you to confirm your booking by clicking 'Submit' again and hence confirming the details you have entered.
Your booking is now COMPLETE!
You now have the option to 'Return to the Booking Sheet' to visualise the timesheet. Your name will always be highlighted in green giving you that visual que within the booking system

Saturday Competitions:
Registering for Saturday Competitions will remain, as in that members will still need to come to OGC's monthly Friday Sheet Night in order to book their games for the following month
The Administration staff will then enter all names into the Online Booking System
Access to the first two Saturdays will be available for access by the first Wedneday of the month and the remaining Saturdays can be accessed by the second Wednesday of the month

Wednesday Associates, Friday & Sunday Competitions:
Members will now be able to book their tee times at midnight two weeks prior to each of these competitions
