Oxley Golf Club - Junior Clinics 2010

Oxley Golf Club is introducing it's Junior Clinic Schedule for the second half of the year.

There have been a few alterations in the organisation of this year's clinics in that Richard Gompels will be the Teaching Professional taking care of all classes.

The Club has organised the last three clinics for the year and this should make it easier for you to work out the ones which will fit in with your schedule. It is hoped that this will allow a full participation in the clinics you have chosen.

The Clinic dates are as follows:

Clinic 1: CLOSED
Clinic 2: CLOSED
Clinic 3: CLOSED
Clinic 4: CLOSED
Clinic 5: August 14th, 21st & 28th, September 4th (CLOSED)
Clinic 6: October 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th (Closing Date: 31st September)

There is also a change in the actual coaching format with coaching on either Practice Fairway or the Putting Green for the first 3 weeks of each clinic, the 4th week will be actual course play that will be supervised by Richard Gompels. On this fourth week, a later start is required and all Juniors need to be present at the Club by 3:15pm.

Parental help on the day is very much required.

We hope that this will teach you how to hit the golf ball on course and how to get around the course with the best possible score.

The Clinic numbers are capped for safety reasons and if the numbers are too heavy in any clinic, a waiting list will be kept. As each clinic approaches you will be contacted as usual and you will be advised by telephone which particular clinic you will attend.

Junior Clinic is at NO Cost to members! So register your interest early. $30.00 is required for non-member participants.
