The Management and Staff here at OXLEY GOLF CLUB offer you a warm welcome! Set amongst 160 acres of manicured fairways, Oxley Golf Club provides the perfect backdrop for your next function, event, training day, seminar or conference.

We offer a variety of meeting rooms and function areas to suit your individual requirements. The Fairways Function Room is able to cater for up to 170 guests for a plated meal or up to 200 guests for a cocktail style event. The Margaret Donovan Pavilion offers a covered alfresco area overlooking the greens which is perfect for a more informal style of event. The RD Buchannan Room and the Robinson Kerr Room are the ideal venues for smaller meetings and seminars and these rooms can be set up in a variety layouts depending on your individual needs. All rooms are fully air conditioned and enjoy natural light.

Oxley Golf Club offers a range of Function Packages to suit most tastes and budgets, however we are happy to tailor your event to your individual requirements. Our on site Catering Consultants and dedicated Function Coordinator will assist you in all aspects of planning your event – right down to the finest detail!
